Orders and Shipping

We currently accept orders for delivery to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free. Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing, with standard delivery estimated at 14–28 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates shown at checkout and the options available for the selected product apply to your order.

Some product variants offer a “Ships From” choice, such as United States or China Mainland. These options vary by product and variant; please check the selected option on the product page before checkout. Our business address in China is our business location and should not be taken as a promise that every order dispatches from that address.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery as described in that policy.
